Production technology: Obtained after a careful selection of the finest red grapes from Vinhos Verdes region. This grapes are fully destemmed and fermented under rigorous temperature control.

Color: Intense red violish color

Fragrance: Intense, deep aroma with ripen red fruit

Taste: Soft and round tanins

Aftertaste: Smooth and persistent ending

Serving Suggestions: Serve at a temperature of 10 to 12ºC. It goes well with typical portuguese meals like lamprey, piglet, goat and cheese.
